You need to furnish yellow fever vaccination certificates upon reaching Zanzibar, so make sure you have them on you upon reaching the country
Tanzania offers Visa On Arrival to citizens of most countries including India, UK, and USA for a fee of USD50. You will be asked to fill a short form upon arrival, following which the visa is granted. It was a pretty seamless process for us and we were not asked for any supporting documentation.

Day 01: Ras Michamvi

After arrival at Zanzibar airport you will be met by the friendly representative of Kalis Safari at Ras Michamvi, it is an imaginative, and peaceful hideaway, the Resort is just 1.5 hrs. Drive from Airport, free time, relaxation and overnight .

Day 02: Stone Town Exploration

Morning breakfast ready for the transfer to Stone Town through the spice plantation for the 2 hours Spice Tour. Drive to Stone Town for City tour, after lunch we will head to Prison Island for relaxation. Drive to Ras Michamvi for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Breakfast, free time and then transfer to airport or seaport.
